OD

Operation Dagsværk (OD) er en oplysnings- og solidaritetsorganisation, som står bag oplysnings- og indsamlingskampagner i en god sags tjeneste.

Oplysning – Stillingtagen – Handling

OD består af engagerede elever på gymnasier og folkeskoler over hele Danmark, som er med til at bestemme årets projekt. I løbet af året iværksættes oplysningskampagner om årets projekt på skoler og gymnasier i Danmark, og på OD-dagen samler alle deltagende elever ind til projektet ved at arbejde.

Dette er en kæmpe mulighed for at involvere sig i frivilligt arbejde, der gavner verdens børn og unge, samt at mødes med andre ligesindede elever fra hele Danmark. Ved at deltage i OD er du med til at sætte en global dagsorden på vores gymnasium. Det er vigtigt at stå sammen om verdens u-privilegerede børn og unge, det er dem der tegner fremtidens verdenssamfund og det kan kun blive bedre, hvis de vokser op med uddannelse og tryghed. 

Operation Dagsværk 2021/22

På Stenhus Gymnasium har vi tidligere deltaget i Operation Dagsværk, men grundet flere forskellige omstændigheder deltager skolen ikke i skoleåret 2021/22.

I 2013 satte indsamlingen på Stenhus rekord: hele 100.544 kr blev samlet ind, og Stenhus blev hermed den uddannelsesinstitution med det femte højeste indsamlede beløb i Danmark.

What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
