Antimobbe-strategi

På Stenhus Gymnasium har vi en vedtaget antimobbe-strategi

På Stenhus Gymnasium forventer vi af alle, at de udviser gensidig respekt, holder en venlig omgangstone over for hinanden og at de tager hensyn til og hjælper hinanden. I naturlig forlængelse af det accepterer vi under ingen omstændigheder mobning på skolen, uanset om denne mobning finder sted i eller uden for skoletiden.

Om mobning

Arbejdstilsynet definerer mobning således: ”Det er mobning, når en eller flere personer regelmæssigt og over længere tid – eller gentagne gange på grov vis – udsætter en eller flere andre personer for krænkende handlinger, som vedkommende opfatter som sårende eller nedværdigende. De krænkende handlinger bliver dog først til mobning, når de personer, som de rettes mod, ikke er i stand til at forsvare sig effektivt imod dem.”[1]

Ved mobning er der altså tale om, at en person generes flere gange, og mobningen kan enten være direkte i form af fysiske handlinger (fx fysisk kontakt, mimik eller verbal nedværdigelse) eller indirekte (fx sladder eller isolation). Mobning kan foregå, når to personer fysisk er sammen, eller når de er adskilt – fx ved mobning over sociale medier.

Tiltag mod mobning

De væsentligste tiltag i forhold til at undgå mobning er:

  • at eleverne fra første dag på skolen oplever, at alle aktiviteter på skolen (undervisning, fester, caféer, osv.) afvikles på en måde, hvor alle på enhver måde behandles med respekt
  • at eleverne orienteres om skolens studie- og ordensregler
  • at eleverne oplever, at der gribes ind, hvis en anden ikke bliver behandlet respektfuldt
  • at personalet er bekendt med og følger antimobbe-strategien

Procedure i forbindelse med mobning

Nedenstående procedure i forbindelse med mobning vedrører mobning af elever på Stenhus Gymnasium foretaget af en person, der har sin daglige gang på gymnasiet.

1. Hvis en lærer er vidne til eller får kendskab til mobning, skal der handles straks, og senest inden for et par dage. Mobberen skal konfronteres, og det skal gøres helt klart, at det er uacceptabelt, at man mobber. Læreren, der har opdaget mobning, sørger for konfrontationen eller orienterer klasselæreren eller ledelsen, som derpå sørger for at konfrontere mobberen.

I forhold til mobberen: Når en elev er blevet konfronteret som mobber, noteres det i Lectio under den pågældende mobbers navn med en (kort) beskrivelse af mobberiet. Den pædagogiske leder tager stilling til om forældrene skal orienteres, såfremt mobberen er under 18 år og om mobberiet skal medføre sanktioner.

I forhold til mobbeofferet: Offeret skal først og fremmest beskyttes. Det skal gøres klart for mobbeofferet, at vedkommende altid skal orientere skolen (klasselærer, studievejleder, ledelse mv.), hvis der opleves mobning. Desuden skal det afdækkes, om mobbeofferet har brug for videre støtte – f.eks. i form af samtaler med klasselærer, studievejleder, pædagogisk leder eller psykolog.

2. Hvis en lærer får begrundet mistanke om, at der forekommer mobning, følges der op. Det kan fx være i forbindelse med en elevtrivselsundersøgelse, hvor en eller flere elever anonymt tilkendegiver en oplevelse af at være mobbet.

Hvis en lærer har mistanke om mobning af en konkret elev, opsøger læreren eleven, eller læreren orienterer klasselæreren, studievejlederen eller ledelsen, der inden for en uge følger op på sagen.

Ved mistanke om mobning uden konkret kendskab til mobbeoffer: Det søges afklaret, om der forekommer mobning. Det kan f.eks. være i forbindelse med elevtrivselsundersøgelser, hvor klasselæreren, såfremt mindst én elev har tilkendegivet at have oplevet mobning, gør det klart, at man som mobbeoffer vil få hjælp og støtte, og at man bør orientere sin klasselærer, studievejleder eller pædagogiske leder om sagen.

3. Hvis et andet personalemedlem end en lærer er vidne til mobning, får kendskab til forekomsten af mobning eller har mistanke om mobning, orienteres ledelsen, der følger op på sagen.

Klageadgang

Hvis en elev oplever, at skolen ikke på passende vis griber ind i forhold til mobning kan eleven klage til rektor. Det samme kan forældremyndighedsindehaveren, såfremt eleven er under 18 år. Eleven skal sende en begrundet klage.

Hvis rektor ikke giver klageren fuldt medhold, sender rektor klagen og begrundelsen for afgørelsen videre til Dansk Center for Undervisningsmiljø.[2]

What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
